Differences between permanent alternative license and original license
This information is included so that the customer clearly understands what type of license they are acquiring and what features they can expect depending on the chosen option.
Permanent alternative license: this is a non-original, one-time payment license without monthly or annual subscriptions. It allows functional use of the program for 3D modeling, creating parts, working on assemblies, generating drawings, preparing CAM files, designing prototypes, saving projects, and exporting models from the computer where it is installed. It does not include official updates, full Autodesk Account access, official cloud services, complete online collaboration, official extensions, official Autodesk support, corporate licenses, downloads from a personal account, or full linkage with personal or corporate accounts of the manufacturer. Linking accounts, manually updating, modifying program files, or changing components may affect activation and require additional technical support at cost.
Original license: this is the official manufacturer's option. It includes access to full features according to the contracted plan, official Autodesk account, available updates, cloud services where applicable, collaboration, official extensions according to plan, formal licensing, official support, and current manufacturer benefits. Its cost is usually higher and it typically works under a monthly subscription, annual subscription, per-user license, commercial plan, educational license, startup/personal plan when applicable, or a modality defined by Autodesk.

no es número de serie y no usa cuenta ni suscripción (durabilidad de por vida). En Adobe/Autodesk alterna no incluye IA.
Licencia original: se activa con número de serie (Windows/Office/antivirus) o mediante cuenta/suscripción (Adobe/Autodesk),
con vigencia según el plan contratado e incluye funciones/IA cuando aplique.
¿La licencia es transferible a otra PC?
No. Por política de activación, estas licencias no son transferibles: una vez instalada/activada en un equipo, solo funciona en ese mismo equipo y no se puede transferir a otro.
¿Emiten factura?
